Customer Care Executive (Call Centre)

The course on Customer Care Executive is designed to prepare Youth to work with any industry in India as almost all Industries need Customer Care Executives to help their Customers Online or at Site. The Course includes the following Modules.

Introduction to Call Centre, Key Concepts of Call Centre, Soft Skills, Professional Skills & Technical Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge and Practice, Language Skills, Attending & Making Calls, Resolve Customer Quick Response Code, Developing Customer Relationship, Reports and Review, Proactive Selling and Employability & Entrepreneurship Skills.

Time Duration Investment: Approximately 150 Hours.
Certificate: Can be generated online upon successful completion of the course.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria: 10th Pass is Preferred.
Minimum Age: 18 Years
