Kajal belongs to a family that lacks financial stability in a metro city like Mumbai. She separated from her family father her early marriage. Over this, Kajal's divorce and return to family bothered her family for survival as her father worked as a daily waged labour. 

Kajal was well aware of her father's situation and she was firm to find a job for herself to support her family. One day she came to know about Adani Saksham's training program under sponsorship, and she immediately enrolled without taking much time after counselling. With the hopes turned and soon after training on the Nursing course, she got an opportunity to appear in an interview and got selected by Aaji Care services, Mumbai as an Attender with a salary of INR 16,000/- per month. Her father & family members are thankful to the SAKSHAM team for showing the right path & for surviving in a critical situation of life.
