Indrapal is a resident of a small village from Borgaon in deori block, Maharashtra with high aspirations and dreams. Due to the family's financial weak condition, he failed to complete his graduation and had the responsibility of supporting his family as the family relied on seasonal farming. 

Determined to chase his aspirations he enrolled himself under AR-VR based training program offered by Adani Skill Development Centre at Tiroda, MH. Here with the domain knowledge he also earned soft skills & life skills with IT skills. He took all this training through an online platform as COVID-19 has struck the Nation. 

Before he completes his course, during online interviews aligned by SAKSHAM, he got selected by TATA motors, Pune as a supervisor. He said, "He is thankful to the SAKSHAM team who gave him an opportunity even for those who have taken training online, & thankful to his trainer for all his encouragement to make it possible".
